Welcome to the offical website of The Sherwood
Dog Training Club, Inc.
The Sherwood Dog Training Club (SDTC) was formed in 2003, with offical status as a non-profit
corporation established in 2006. We also have Tax Exempt status with the IRS as a 501(c)4.
We received our notice
that we have become an AKC Licensed Club in August of 2008.
SDTC meetings are currently held the 1st Wednesday
of the month at the Village Inn, Tigard Oregon.
The meetings start at 7:30, you can arrive any time after 6:30 if you
would like to eat dinner first and visit.
To join the club, the membership and release forms are available
to download from this website.
Please make sure both are signed.

Our purpose is to conduct performance events in accordance with The
American Kennel Club rules and regulations, while creating an atmosphere of fun for competitors and their dogs. We will strive
to provide more opportunities for owners to trial their dogs and promote the sport of obedience in our state. We will also
make every effort to encourage and mentor new people to the sport.
